– Fresh basil or parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Eggplant: Preheat oven. Roast eggplant slices.
2. Cook the Meat (Optional): Brown and cook the ground beef or turkey. Add marinara sauce and simmer.
