Ingredients:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp Italian seasoning
9 oz refrigerated cheese tortellini
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup half and half
4 oz butter
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup grated Asiago cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
⅓ cup panko breadcrumbs
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
1️⃣ Marinate chicken in olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning for 30 minutes. Cook in a skillet until done, then set aside.
2️⃣ Cook tortellini according to package instructions, then set aside.
3️⃣ Prepare Alfredo sauce: heat heavy cream, half and half, and butter until bubbly. Whisk in Parmesan, Asiago, and garlic powder until thickened.
4️⃣ Combine tortellini and sauce in a baking dish. Top with sliced chicken, breadcrumbs, and mozzarella cheese.
5️⃣ Broil until cheese is golden.
