Avocado Egg Salad

This recipe replaces traditional mayonnaise with creamy, ripe avocado for a lighter, fresher, and nutrient-packed salad. Itโ€™s creamy, protein-rich, and bursting with fresh flavors.


Ingredients:

  • 3 largeย eggs
  • 2 ripeย avocados, diced
  • 1 cupย cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions:
