Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
½ cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup milk
¼ cup ketchup
¼ cup finely chopped onion
¼ cup finely chopped dill pickles
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
4 slices bacon
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Glaze:
¼ cup ketchup
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp mustard
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix all meatloaf ingredients.
Shape into a loaf, place in a baking dish.
Wrap with bacon, sprinkle with cheese.
Spread glaze on top.
Bake for 1 hour, until bacon is crispy.
Rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
