INGREDIENTS
• Brownie Mix: 1 pack please use extra ingredients as indicated on the package
• Cream cheese: 24 oz, softened
• Granulated sugar: 1 cup
• Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
• Large eggs :3
• Sour Cream: 1/4 cup
• Thick Cream: 1/4 cup
• Caramel Sauce: 1/2 cup extra for drizzle
• Whipped cream and chocolate chips: to decorate
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare the brownie base: Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Mix and bake the brownie batter in a 9-inch greased pan. Fresh all the way.
Make the cheesecake layer: Reduce the oven temperature to 325 °F (160 °C). Mix cream cheese and sugar, add vanilla and eggs, then mix sour cream and heavy cream. Pour over cooled brownie base.
Add caramel swirl: sprinkle caramel sauce and swirl into cheesecake layer.
Bake Cheesecake: Bake until center is fixed, but slightly agiggly. Cool in the oven slowly, then refrigerate.
Cool & Decorate: Cool overnight, then decorate with caramel, whipped cream, and chocolate chips before serving.
