Ingredients
4 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 large eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for greasing the baking sheet
Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil or line it with parchment paper.
Prepare the Broccoli: Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Once done, chop the broccoli into small pieces.
Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Form the Bites: Using your hands, form the mixture into small, bite-sized balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Cool and Serve: Let the broccoli bites cool slightly before serving. They can be enjoyed on their own or with your favorite dipping sauce.
