Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • ยฝ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

Step 1 โ€“ Melt Base

  • In a heatproof bowl, melt butter and chocolate together (microwave in 20-sec intervals or use double boiler). Stir until smooth.

Step 2 โ€“ Add Sugar & Eggs

  • Whisk in powdered sugar.
  • Add eggs and egg yolks, whisking until creamy.

Step 3 โ€“ Fold in Flour

  • Stir in flour, vanilla, and salt until just combined (donโ€™t overmix).

Step 4 โ€“ Fill Cups

  • Grease mugs or oven-safe cups.
  • Fill each halfway, drop in a chocolate chunk (optional), then cover with more batter.
