Sweet, buttery, and finished with a drizzle of glaze—this quick treat is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert!
🛒 Ingredients:
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
For the Glaze:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
👩🍳 Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat the Oven
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a pizza pan or baking sheet.
2️⃣ Prepare the Dough
Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the pan, forming a flat sheet. Press the seams together to seal, creating a smooth surface.
3️⃣ Add the Cinnamon-Sugar Topping
Brush the entire surface with melted butter. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly over the dough.
4️⃣ Bake
Place in the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cooked through.
5️⃣ Make the Glaze
While the pizza bakes, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
6️⃣ Finish & Serve
Remove the cinnamon-sugar pizza from the oven. Let it cool slightly, then drizzle the glaze over the top. Slice and serve warm.
🔄 Optional Add-Ins:
- Sprinkle chopped pecans or walnuts on top before baking.
- Add a dash of nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice for seasonal flavor.
- Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an indulgent twist!
