💫 Base Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (225g) low-fat or fat-free cottage cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: smoked paprika, chili flakes, or parmesan for flavor
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Scoop cottage cheese into small rounds (about 1 tbsp each). Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
- Sprinkle with seasonings.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy around edges (or air fry 10–12 mins).
- Let cool completely — they’ll crisp up more as they cool.
Optional Dip: Greek yogurt mixed with ranch seasoning or hot sauce.
