💫 Base Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (225g) low-fat or fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: smoked paprika, chili flakes, or parmesan for flavor

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  3. Scoop cottage cheese into small rounds (about 1 tbsp each). Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
  4. Sprinkle with seasonings.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy around edges (or air fry 10–12 mins).
  6. Let cool completely — they’ll crisp up more as they cool.

Optional Dip: Greek yogurt mixed with ranch seasoning or hot sauce.
