Instructions

  • Pat chicken dry.
  • Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear chicken 4โ€“5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Remove and set aside (it will finish cooking later).

2๏ธโƒฃ Cook Mushrooms

  • In the same pan, add butter.
  • Add mushrooms and cook 4โ€“5 minutes until browned.
  • Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.

  • Pour in chicken broth and scrape up browned bits from pan.
