Rich & Savory Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
8 oz (225g) pasta (such as fettuccine or penne)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in the chicken broth, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Reduce the heat to low and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the creamy sauce.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.
