Ingredients:
4 large apples (use a firm variety like Granny Smith)
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Peel the apples and slice them into thin strips using a spiralizer or a vegetable peeler.
Place the apple strips in a large bowl and toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.
In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the apple strips and toss until evenly coated.
Arrange the coated apple strips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Lightly spray the apple strips with cooking spray to help them crisp up in the oven.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the apple strips are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
