Crispy Broccoli Cheddar Rounds

Golden, cheesy, and veggie-packed—your perfect low-carb snack or side!

Ingredients:

1 cup finely chopped cooked broccoli

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

¼ cup almond flour

1 egg

¼ tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

Step 1: Mix It Up

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a bowl, mix broccoli, cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Step 2: Shape

Scoop mixture into small rounds on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Flatten slightly.

Step 3: Bake

Bake 15–18 mins until golden and crisp at the edges.

Serve warm with ranch or marinara for dipping!
