1 teaspoon packed light brown sugar.
1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
½ teaspoon garlic powder.
½ teaspoon onion powder.
2 tablespoons salted butter, melted.
Chopped parsley (for garnish, optional).
Instructions

Cut the boneless thick-cut pork chops into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, toss the pork chop pieces with olive oil, Montreal steak seasoning, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Ensure all pieces are well coated with the seasoning mixture.

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray to prevent sticking.

Place the pork chop bites in the air fryer basket in an even layer, making sure not to overcrowd.

Air fry the pork bites for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. The pork should reach an internal temperature of at least 145°F.

Once cooked, toss the pork bites with melted butter to coat.

Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
