Ingredients :
1 (8 count) can refrigerated biscuits
3 tablespoons salted butter, melted
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon apple pie spice
1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Splash milk
Instructions :
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Brush an oven safe skillet with butter and place biscuits in pan, brushing both sides with remaining butter.
Mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon and apple pie spice. Set aside 1/3 of mixture; sprinkle the rest over tops of biscuits.
Using kitchen shears, chop apple pie filling into small pieces right in the can and spoon evenly over the top of the biscuits.
Sprinkle top with the reserved brown sugar mixture.
Bake, uncovered, for 35 to 45 minutes, depending on size of biscuits, or until puffy and cooked through in the center (check center biscuit with a toothpick).
Let rest on a cooling rack for 10 minutes.
Mix powdered sugar with just a tiny splash of milk and stir, adding more milk as needed for a thick but pourable glaze consistency. Drizzle glaze all over and serve immediately.
