Tender chicken and fresh spinach in a creamy Alfredo sauce, baked with cheesy goodness.
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
2 cups fresh spinach
2 cups Alfredo sauce
1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Prepare Filling: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in diced chicken and fresh spinach, cooking until spinach is wilted. Add Alfredo sauce and cook until heated through.
Assemble: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken mixture with half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix until well combined.
Bake: Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
