Everybody enjoys bread. Simple garlic bread that is keto. This Easy Keto Garlic Bread comes together in less than FIFTY minutes while being loaded with fresh herbs and garlic.
Ingredients
- Shredded mozzarella, 1 cup
- Almond flour, finely milled, half a cup
- a half-cup of cream cheese
- Garlic powder, 1 tablespoon
- Baking powder, 1 teaspoon
- Salt
- One big egg
- 1 tablespoon of melted butter 1 chopped clove of garlic
- Freshly cut parsley, 1 tablespoon
- one tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan
- Warm marinara for serving
Method
- Line a sizable baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- In a medium, microwave-safe bowl, combine a generous amount of salt, almond flour, cream cheese, garlic powder, baking powder, and mozzarella.
- Microwave for one minute on high, or until cheeses are melted. Add egg and mix. Form the dough into a 12″-thick oval on a baking sheet. Take a bowl(small) and put melted garlic,
- Parmesan, parsley, and butter.
- Brush the mixture all over the bread’s surface. Bake for fifteen to seventeen minutes.
- Slice and provide with marinara sauce for dipping.
