Ingredients
- 1Â packet digestive biscuits, crushed
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1Â tin condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup lemon zest
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Two chocolates of your choice, crushed (optional)
- More lemon zest for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed digestive biscuits with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a tart pan to form a firm crust. Chill for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, whisk together condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently to keep the mixture light and airy.
- Pour the lemon filling over the prepared crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Before serving, garnish with crushed chocolate or extra lemon zest if desired.
- Slice and enjoy!
Notes
For a firmer crust, bake it at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes before adding the filling.
