Fluffy Cottage Cheese Cloud Bread

3 large eggs, separated

¼ cup full-fat cottage cheese

¼ tsp cream of tartar

Pinch of salt

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat Oven

Set oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: Whip Egg Whites

In a clean bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.

Step 3: Blend Yolks
