Frozen Chocolate-Covered Bananas
Ingredients:
2 medium ripe bananas
6 ounces dark chocolate
1 1/2 teaspoons canola oil
Optional toppings: flaky salt, sprinkles, nuts, shredded coconut
Method:
Prepare Bananas: Slice bananas and set aside.
Melt Chocolate: Combine chocolate and canola oil in a double boiler until smooth.
Coat Bananas: Dip banana slices in melted chocolate.
Freeze: Place coated bananas on a parchment-lined sheet pan and freeze for 2 hours.
