🇬🇷 Greek Chicken Souvlaki Grazing Board with Feta Dip

Ingredients

For the Chicken Souvlaki

  • 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: pinch of paprika or chili flakes

For the Feta Dip

  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1–2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1–2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, finely chopped
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: a drizzle of honey or pinch of chili flakes

For the Grazing Board

  • Pita bread or pita chips
  • Cucumber slices
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Kalamata olives
  • Red onion slices
  • Bell pepper strips
  • Fresh dill or parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions

1. Marinate the Chicken

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken pieces and toss to coat.
  3. Marinate 30 minutes to 2 hours.

2. Cook the Chicken

  • Grill: Thread chicken onto skewers and grill 8–10 minutes, turning once.
  • Stovetop: Sauté in a hot pan until golden and fully cooked.
  • Air Fryer: Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway.

3. Make the Feta Dip

Blend or mash together:

  • Feta
  • Greek yogurt
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Garlic
  • Herbs
  • Pepper

Mix until creamy. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and herbs on top.


4. Assemble the Grazing Board

Arrange beautifully on a board or platter:

  • Souvlaki chicken (skewers or loose pieces)
  • Bowl of feta dip
  • Pita or pita chips
  • Fresh veggies
  • Olives
  • Lemon wedges
  • Herbs for color
