Ingredients:
1 box vanilla cake mix (plus ingredients to prepare it)
2 cups peach pie filling
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 fresh peaches, sliced
1 cup crushed graham crackers
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the vanilla cake mix according to the package instructions.
Pour the batter into a 9×13 inch baking dish and bake as directed, then let it cool completely.
Using the handle of a wooden spoon, poke holes all over the cake.
Spread the peach pie filling evenly over the top of the cake, making sure to fill the holes.
In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until stiff peaks form.
Spread the whipped cream over the peach layer.
Top with fresh peach slices, crushed graham crackers, and mint leaves.
Chill the cake for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
