Ingredients (2–3 servings)
- 1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef (90/10 or 85/15)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp hot honey (or honey + chili flakes)
- 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
- 1 cup roasted or sautéed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, or zucchini)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart (6–8 minutes).
- Add garlic, smoked paprika, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Drizzle hot honey over the beef and toss well. Cook 1–2 more minutes until slightly sticky.
- Assemble bowls: add rice, top with hot honey beef, then vegetables.
- Serve immediately or store for meal prep.
