- 1large onion, chopped
- 1Tsp.minced garlic
- 1cupcheddar cheese, shredded
- 1cupmilk
- 2tbsp.onion soup mix
- 1/2cupBisquick
2Eggs, room temp
Instructions

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large skillet add your ground beef, garlic, and the diced onions.
- Cook the ground beef mixture over medium heat for several minutes, where the ground beef is browned and onions translucent.
- Take the ground beef mixture and drain excess grease.

- Spray a 9-inch baking dish with a non-stick baking spray.
- Pour the beef mixture into the baking dish.
- Add the cheddar cheese to the beef mixture, making sure to spread it evenly.
- In a medium bowl, add the Bisquick, onion soup mix, eggs, and milk.
- Whisk until combined. .
- Pour the mixture over the beef, making sure to have it evenly poured. .
- Bake for 25 minutes or until done.
