Ingredients

½ cup full-fat cottage cheese
2 tbsp coconut oil (or butter)
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup vanilla protein powder
⅓ cup almond flour
2 tbsp crushed freeze-dried blueberries

Instructions
1. In a food processor, blend cottage cheese, coconut oil, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
2. Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in protein powder and almond flour.
3. Add crushed freeze-dried blueberries and mix well.
4. Chill dough for 10–15 minutes if soft.
5. Scoop and roll into 12–14 bite-sized balls.
6. Optional: roll in extra almond flour or crushed berries.
7. Place bites on parchment-lined tray and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Store in refrigerator for up to 7 days.
Freeze for up to 3 months.
Do not use fresh berries—they make the bites too wet.
