Keto Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole

Creamy, cheesy, and loaded with flavor—your low-carb dinner hero!

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled

1 cup shredded mozzarella

½ cup shredded cheddar

½ cup cream cheese, softened

¼ cup ranch dressing

¼ cup heavy cream

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

2 cups steamed broccoli (optional)

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat Oven

Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.

Step 2: Mix the Base

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch, heavy cream, garlic, and onion powder until smooth.

Step 3: Combine It All

Fold in chicken, bacon (reserve some for topping), broccoli (if using), and half the cheese.

Step 4: Bake to Bubbly

Transfer to the baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and reserved bacon.
