Keto Meat Lovers Pizza (Low-Carb, WW & SW Friendly)

Ingredients

For the Crust (Fathead Dough)

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • ¾ cup almond flour (or ⅓ cup coconut flour for nut-free)
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt & Italian seasoning

For the Toppings

  • ¼ cup sugar-free tomato or pizza sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup cooked crumbled sausage (lean or turkey sausage for SW/WW)
  • 4 turkey pepperoni slices
  • 2 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • ¼ cup diced cooked chicken or ham (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian herbs


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Set oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray or pizza pan with parchment paper.
  2. Make the Keto Crust:
    • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella + cream cheese (about 1 minute).
    • Add almond flour, egg, baking powder, and seasoning.
    • Mix until a soft dough forms.
    • Roll out between 2 sheets of parchment paper into a pizza circle (about ¼ inch thick).
  3. Prebake:
    Bake crust for 7–8 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. Add the Toppings:
    • Spread the sugar-free sauce evenly.
    • Add mozzarella, meats, and seasonings.
    • Bake again for 7–8 minutes until cheese melts and edges crisp up.
  5. Optional Finish:
    Broil for 1–2 minutes for a bubbly, golden top.
