Ingredients
1Â lb ground beef
6Â slices bacon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4Â large eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
1Â small onion, chopped
2Â cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Cook bacon until crisp, set aside.
3. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain excess fat.
4. Spread beef mixture in the baking dish. Crumble bacon over top.
5. Whisk eggs, heavy cream, and half the cheese. Pour over meat.
6. Top with remaining cheese.
7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
8. Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
