  • 1 large onion, cut into thick rings
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)

  • Low sugar ketchup or dipping sauce (for serving)

🔥 Directions:

1. Preheat Oven

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. Prepare Donut Pan

  • Spray or grease your donut pan if not nonstick.
  • Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese into each donut cavity (about 2 tbsp).

3. Add Onion Rings

  • Place one thick slice of onion into each donut cavity on top of the cheese.
  • Top with more shredded cheese, covering the onion completely.
