🍎 Melt-in-Your-Mouth Apple Bake

Ingredients

  • 3 apples, peeled & thinly sliced
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 glass of milk (about 250 ml / 1 cup)

Optional (but highly recommended 😉)

  • 2–3 tbsp sugar or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter (for greasing the dish)
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
  2. Grease a baking dish lightly with butter.
  3. Arrange sliced apples evenly in the dish.
  4. In a bowl, whisk eggs + milk until smooth.
  5. Add sugar/honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt if using.
  6. Pour mixture over the apples.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until set and lightly golden.
  8. Let cool slightly — it will firm up and become ultra-soft inside.

  • Dust with powdered sugar
  • Drizzle with honey
