Ingredients
3cups flour
2cups milk
¼cup melted butter
⅓cup sugar
1cup grated Carrots 🥕
Pinch of salt
1tspn instant yeast
Instructions
In a medium bowl add flour, yeast, sugar and salt whisk together, add butter mix together using hands, add Carrot and mix together ,finally add milk mix to form a dough until hands not sticky ,cover the dough until double in size or for 1hr, punch the gas prepare cups and grease inside the cups use butter or cooking oil either your casserole dish or steel cups/coffee mugs,then pour up to half your mixed dough.
Add cold water in a pot Place your cups with mix inside the pot and close.
Allow to cook for 30/40 minutes, check using long kebab stick and if it comes out dry then you know it’s cooked.
Set aside to cool then hit bottom to take out your cooked steamed bread and slice it then
Serve with your favorite stew or salad
