  • 2 eggs
  • 25 g cocoa powder (~2 tbsp)

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  • Grease or line a small baking dish with parchment paper.

2. Prepare Batter:

  • In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  • Add eggs and mix well.
  • Stir in cocoa powder and baking powder (if using) until fully combined.

3. Bake:

  • Pour batter into the prepared dish.
  • Bake for 20โ€“25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

4. Serve:

  • Let cool slightly.
  • Decorate with banana slices or chopped nuts before serving.
