Ingredients (Makes ~4 servings)
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs
- 25 g cocoa powder (~2 tbsp)
- 5 g baking powder (optional, ~1 tsp, for fluffier texture)
- Optional for decoration: banana slices, chopped nuts
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven:
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- Grease or line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
2. Prepare Batter:
- In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add eggs and mix well.
- Stir in cocoa powder and baking powder (if using) until fully combined.
3. Bake:
- Pour batter into the prepared dish.
- Bake for 20โ25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
4. Serve:
- Let cool slightly.
- Decorate with banana slices or chopped nuts before serving.
Tips:
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or a splash of vanilla extract.
- Slice into small squares for a healthy snack or dessert.
- Can be stored in the fridge for 2โ3 days or frozen for later.
