Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Recipe

A delicious combination of creamy cheesecake and sweet peach cobbler.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. In another bowl, combine sliced peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch. Mix until the peaches are evenly coated.
  7. Layer the peach mixture over the cheesecake batter.
  8. Bake the cheesecake for about 60-70 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  9. Let the cheesecake cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, try adding a hint of nutmeg to the peach mixture.
  • Serve with whipped cream for added indulgence.
