Ingredients:
1 batch of prepared cinnamon roll dough
2 cups canned or fresh peach slices, drained if canned
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Roll out the prepared cinnamon roll dough into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
In a mixing bowl, combine the peach slices, granulated sugar, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Spread the peach mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Starting from one long edge, roll the dough up tightly into a log. Cut into 12 equal-sized rolls.
Place the rolls in the prepared baking dish, cut side up.
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and vanilla extract. Pour the mixture over the rolls.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
Serve the peach cobbler cinnamon rolls warm, with a drizzle of icing if desired.
