Ingredients:
8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
4 ounces of sharp cheddar, shredded
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion flakes
½ teaspoon of salt
7 ounces of pepper jelly

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion flakes, and salt.
Spread the mixture into an oven-safe dish or pie pan.
Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and hot.
While baking, microwave the pepper jelly in a safe container for 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
Once the cheese dip is baked, pour the melted pepper jelly over the top and spread evenly.
