Pepperoni Pizza Bombs
🧾 Ingredients
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
or pizza dough cut into 2-inch pieces
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
- ½ cup pepperoni slices
- ½ cup pizza or marinara sauce (for dipping)
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: red pepper flakes
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat Oven
- Preheat to 375°F (190°C)
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
2️⃣ Prep Dough
- Separate biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle
3️⃣ Fill
- Place:
- 2–3 pepperoni slices
- 1 cube of mozzarella
- Optional: add a small spoon of sauce (don’t overfill)
4️⃣ Seal
- Pull dough edges up and pinch tightly to seal
- Roll into a smooth ball and place seam-side down
5️⃣ Season
- Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning
- Brush over each dough ball
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and red pepper flakes
6️⃣ Bake
- Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown
7️⃣ Serve
- Let cool 5 minutes
- Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping
Air Fryer Option
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes
- Shake basket halfway
