Ingredients

Instructions
Doughnuts:
- Prepare the Doughnut Pan:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a mini doughnut pan with non-stick spray or butter.
- Mix Dry Ingredients:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, and salt.
- Mix Wet Ingredients:
- In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine Ingredients:
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Fill the Pan:
- Transfer the batter to a piping bag or a resealable plastic bag with the tip cut off.
- Pipe the batter into the prepared mini doughnut pan, filling each mold about 2/3 full.
