Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ¾ cup warm water (add a little more if the dough feels too dry)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Slowly add warm water while mixing until a soft dough forms (it should be slightly sticky but not runny).
- Transfer dough into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before slicing.
