Quick Homemade Bread (No Yeast)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ¾ cup warm water (add a little more if the dough feels too dry)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. Slowly add warm water while mixing until a soft dough forms (it should be slightly sticky but not runny).
  4. Transfer dough into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Let cool slightly before slicing.
