Ingredients:
🍓 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
🍉 1 cup watermelon, cubed
🍊 1 cup orange slices
🍍 1 cup pineapple chunks
🍌 2 bananas, sliced
🥝 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
🍏 1 cup green apple slices, tossed with lemon juice to prevent browning
🍇 1 cup red and green grapes
🫐 1 cup blueberries
🍒 1 cup cherries (optional)
🍋 1 lemon, sliced into thin rounds for garnish
🌿 Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Fruits:
Wash and dry all the fruits. Hull and halve the strawberries, cube the watermelon, slice the oranges and bananas, chunk the pineapple, peel and slice the kiwis, and slice the green apple, tossing it with a bit of lemon juice to prevent browning. Separate the grapes and pit the cherries if using.
Arrange the Fruits:
On a large serving platter or tray, arrange the fruits in a rainbow pattern. Start with the strawberries, followed by watermelon, orange slices, pineapple chunks, banana slices, kiwi slices, green apple slices, grapes, blueberries, and cherries. Create vibrant rows of color to mimic a rainbow.
