Air Fryer Parmesan Zucchini Chips Recipe

Ingredients:
– 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into thin rounds
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 cup bread crumbs
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp onion powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 1 egg
– Cooking spray
Directions:
1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, whisk the egg.
3. In another bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
4. Dip each zucchini slice into the egg, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.
5. Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
7. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
