Autumn Harvest Bread Recipe

You Will Need:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups apple, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla, mixing well.
In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
Fold in chopped apples.
In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
Pour half the batter into the loaf pan. Sprinkle with half the cinnamon sugar.
Add the remaining batter and top with the remaining cinnamon sugar.
Swirl with a knife and bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool before slicing.
