Avocado & Egg Power Salad 🍅🧀

Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado, sliced
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cucumber, diced
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Mixed greens (lettuce, spinach, or arugula)
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dressing
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients: Start by washing and prepping all the vegetables. Slice the avocado and hard-boiled eggs, halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the cucumber, and thinly slice the red onion.
Assemble the Salad: In a large bowl, arrange a bed of mixed greens. Neatly layer the avocado slices, hard-boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion on top.
