Ingredients:
– 1 lb ground beef
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
– 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent dough sheet or crescent rolls
– 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
– 4 slices cheddar cheese, each cut into 4 pieces
– 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
– 1/4 cup diced red onion
– 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
– Sesame seeds (optional, for sprinkling)
– Ketchup and mustard (optional, for serving)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Drain any excess grease and set aside to cool slightly.
3. Unroll the crescent dough sheet or separate the crescent rolls into individual triangles. If using a dough sheet, cut it into 8 squares.
4. Place a spoonful of cooked ground beef in the center of each triangle or square.
5. Top each mound of ground beef with chopped bacon, a piece of cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, red onion, and chopped dill pickles.
6. Gather the corners of the dough and pinch them together tightly to seal, forming a ball shape around the filling.
7. Place each filled dough ball seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
8. If desired, brush the tops of the dough balls with a little beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
10. Remove from the oven and let the Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs cool slightly before serving.
11. Serve warm with ketchup and mustard on the side for dipping.

Notes:
1. Customize the fillings to your preference, such as adding lettuce or different types of cheese.
2. These can be prepared ahead and refrigerated before baking. Bake as directed, adding a few extra minutes to the cooking time if chilled.
3. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator and reheated in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through.
