π§ 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (canned)
π§ 1/2 tsp salt
π 1/4 tsp black pepper
π§ 2 tbsp butter
π§ 3 tbsp crushed garlic
π₯ 1ΒΌ cups chicken stock
π₯ 1 cup whipping cream
π§ 1/4 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
πΏ 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro, OR parsley
π Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Slice chicken breasts in half longitudinally. Combine bake mix, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken evenly.
2οΈβ£ In a skillet, cook chicken in hot olive oil until golden and almost cooked.
3οΈβ£ For the sauce: In another skillet, fry garlic in butter until golden. Add chicken stock, whipping cream, Mozzarella, and Parmesan. Stir until cheeses melt and the sauce thickens.
4οΈβ£ Add chicken to the sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes until chicken is tender. Sprinkle with cilantro or parsley.
