Crock Pot Sticky Hawaiian Chicken 🍍

Ingredients:
2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 cup pineapple juice
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, minced
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
Place the chicken in the slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix together the pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
Pour the mixture over the chicken.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
Remove the chicken, shred it, and set it aside.
Mix the cornstarch and water together, then add it to the slow cooker.
Cook on high for 15 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
Return the shredded chicken to the sauce, stir well, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
