Delicious Caramel Cheesecake Bars Delight

Ingredients: For the Crust: 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/3 cup sugar 6 tablespoons butter, melted For the Cheesecake: 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sugar 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For the Caramel Topping: 3/4 cup caramel sauce 1/2 teaspoon sea salt Directions: For the Crust: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a lined 8x8 inch baking pan. Bake for 7 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. For the Cheesecake: In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating just until combined. Stir in vanilla extract. Pour over the prepared crust. Bake for 25 minutes, or until set. Remove from oven and let cool completely. For the Caramel Topping: Spread caramel sauce over the cooled cheesecake. Sprinkle with sea salt. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm. Cut into bars before serving.
