Delicious Oogie Boogie stuffed pizza pockets recipe

Ingredients:
2 sheets puff pastry
Flour for rolling out puff pastry
9 tablespoon of marinara
Plus more for serving
18 pieces of pepperoni
2 tablespoon of butter
1 TSP of Garlic powder
1/2 TSP of dried oregano
1 cup of mozzarella cheese
Equipment:
Baking Sheet
Small knife
Fork
Thaw puff pastry
– Preheat oven to 375°
Line baking sheet with parchment paper set aside.
– Put flour on a smooth surface and roll out the puff pastry. To make them slightly larger.
– Use a small knife to cut out the oogie boogie shape. You’ll have 2 oogie boogies, use one of them to cut out eyes and mouth.
– Place the backs on baking sheet and add 1 tablespoon of marinara, couple pieces of pepperoni and add a 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese
– Place top piece on top and punch down with a fork.
– Place in oven for 20 mins.
In a bowl combine garlic powder, oregano and butter.
-Remove pizza and brush with garlic butter and place in the oven for 5-10 mins depending on how crispy you want it.
Pull out and let cool. Serve with a side of marinara sauce
