INGREDIENTS :-
Cottage cheese – 200 gr
Kefir – 200 g
Chicken Eggs – 2pcs.
Sugar sand – 50 gr
Salt – 1/2 h. л.
Vanilla Extract – 1h. л.
Soda – 3/4 h. л.
Flour – 150 g
The preparation:
Beat eggs in a bowl, add kefir, cottage cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla extract. Let’s stir it up. Sift flour and baking soda in a bowl. Let’s stir it up. The dough should be as thick as a pancake. Heat the frying pan with adding vegetable oil. Reducing the fire. Spreading dough and leveling. Close the lid and cook for 5-6 minutes on a slightly below average heat, until the pie is tender. We do not open the lid.
Then carefully turn to the other side (I use a plate). Cook for another 5-6 minutes on the other side before blushing. Checking the readiness with the toothbrush. The pie is done!
