Easy and Delicious Creamy Garlic Sauce Baby Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients: 2 lbs baby potatoes 4 tablespoons butter 5 cloves garlic, minced 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth 1 cup heavy cream Salt and pepper, to taste Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) Directions: In a large pot, boil the baby potatoes in salted water until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Sprinkle the flour over the garlic and butter mixture, stirring constantly to create a roux. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the flour is lightly golden. Gradually whisk in the chicken or vegetable broth, making sure there are no lumps. Continue whisking until the sauce begins to thicken. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the cooked baby potatoes to the skillet, gently tossing to coat them in the creamy garlic sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the potatoes to absorb some of the sauce. Remove from heat, garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and serve warm. Servings: 4-6
