Homemade Baked Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients:
1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
Prepare the Cauliflower:
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated with the seasonings and oil.
Bake the Cauliflower:
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through the baking time to ensure even cooking.
Add Parmesan Cheese (Optional):
If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower during the last 5 minutes of baking. Return to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and slightly crispy.
Serve:
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and transfer it to a serving dish.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
